If you are not satisfied with a particular product from 'The Online eBook Store' site I will make the best of efforts to promptly return your money.

 As always there are a few guidelines to make note of BEFORE  requesting a refund.

1)  All books found on 'The Online eBook Store' website (except those bought through an Affiliate) come with a 90 day money back guarantee unless otherwise noted.

If you purchase an ebook or any other item from a company other than 'The Online eBook Store' you must contact that company to get your refund through them. Even if you used a link from 'The Online eBook Store' website to get to that particular company.

2) Due to the rules set forth by the credit card companies refunds can NOT be refunded after 90 days from date of purchase. (Sorry!)

3)Compact Disk Orders - If you ordered a compact disc and you decide that you do not want it please return it. You will be held responsible for all shipping/packaging charges. Once received your money will be refunded as long as the 90 day money back expiration period has not been met.

4)If you are unhappy with a product please contact the webmaster Dan Preston at glowboy70@hotmail.com (copy/paste email address) to arrange for a refund. (Keep in mind #2 above)
